YOU HAVE PAYPAL ON THIS WEBSITE, CAN I PAY USING MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD?

Yes you can. I accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, American Express, and MasterCard. Please reach out to me via email and I will send you an invoice where you can pay with any major credit or debit card. Please contact "orders@whiteoakcandleco.com". Take a screenshot or simply list what products you like and submit your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns for all merchandise that is unused or have been damaged in being shipped to you. Please take a picture and send it to our email at "returns@whiteoakcandleco.com" And we will make sure to replace your product or issue a full store credit. We do not offer refunds. We do not accept returns on items that have been ordered by mistake. Please double check your basket in the check-out prior to completing your order. We also do not accept returns for specialty items not normally sold in our online store, and/or items that have been used.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do! Our gift cards are in electronic form and upon payment will be sent to you with a unique identifier. They come in increments of $25 up to $500. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please be careful with your online security and keep them in a safe place.

I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST, DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes we do! We can make custom items for a party, wedding, or special gifts for a friend. We offer special messages with our logo for your event. We also can accommodate special requests for any of our body butters or bath bombs. If you prefer a scent that you enjoy in candle form but wish you could have it in our body butter, or bath bomb, just reach out to us. Please note that these special requests may take a while longer as there is a process for curing with our products.
